DATA MIGRATION LEAD Managed data migration for implementing a centralized ERP SAP S/4HANA and Analytical platform on cloud, merging three main US subsidiaries to achieve a consolidated financial, procurement, sales and operations landscape. Key Accomplishments: • Led the design of extraction strategy, data profiling, transformation and load for both master and transactional data • Managed deliverables on a complex multi-vendor environment in a short 14-month timeline • Managed migration and reconciliation of inventory balances from four different source systems • Helped establish strong relationships and communication between key stakeholders: client, consultants and other vendors which was imperative for the success of the project • Led the design and implementation of a new data analytics platform on Google Cloud to drive insights on Fill Rate, Inventory Balance issues, and Distribution Network Leakage
