Guidance and Advisory of equipment operations of the assigned agreement customer Provide L2 Technical Service Remote troubleshooting and tuning using GEMS Platform Monitor and analyse field experience and customer feedback data in order to continually improve the operation of the installation. Make analysis with adequate conclusions and recommendations (reports) on Technical & operational problems. Report the related work progress to relevant stakeholders. Provide technical support for service personnel or sub-contractors on-site Support ESS Customer support in warranty and agreement delivery Co-operate with Agreement Manager for possible change order opportunities Participate in customer meetings as an operational expert, when complex Technical & Operational issues are handled. Coach and mentor less experienced, May act as a trainer in own expertise area. Acquire know-how and follow the latest global development trends of respective Technical & Operational expert areas. Report and propose improvement needs of the products and solutions for relevant stakeholders. Support in Technical & Operational matters when new products or components are developed and launched.

1.Solar & Energy Storage Products and Project design. Project BOM calculation and cost analysis 2. Gather feedback and new requirements from customers and EPC, support and prepare proposals for Solar central Inverters and BESS Solutions. 3.Providing technical training and support to internal and external stakeholders, applying lessons learned to future projects and product selection, identifying project level solutions,. 4.Understand local regulations and norms periodically to ensure that the solutions are compliant and current with changing market requirements 5.Work closely with the R&D team to define and prioritize feature development 6.Manage the technical deployment of storage systems including interconnections, constructability, design and commissioning. 7. Technical Support to field service and EPC partner for integration and connection

* Overall responsibility to set key pillar of customer engagement * Pre project site assessment, Tender, Power analysis, support customer solution and proposal development * Review project BoS specification and recommend engineering and manufacturing changes * Retro fitting support of Power quality solution, DG replacement , Statcom and Energy storage PCS with Li-ion batteries, Lead acid batteries. * Providing support to sales team and technical presentation to understand application and new product pitching in upcoming project. * Managing activities like kick off meeting, project layout design, planning, and schedule for PVPCS and Energy storage solution. * Technical discussion with customer and OEM?s for Project execution based on tenders * Data integration and ownership of data at site ? create business model to use data as support and service tool * Development of data control strategy and using it for PBG or opex model profitability with Risk assessment and mitigation strategy * Competition assessment and be a part of new product development or enhancements * Profitability improvement and management of site expense * Team planning, management, and competency development * Budgeting and planning * Remote data access and defining service model as well as possible SLAs * Develop O&M processes, model it for scalability and develop it as future revenue line for the company
