Responsible for all HR functions, including: staffing, training, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, organizational development

* Recruitment: develope and manage the strategy aimed at attracting, searching and selecting employees * Training: training plan to ensure the maximum benefits of identified training. * HR Integration: coordinate the HR implications of organisational change. * Administrative responsibilities: employee identification, contracts and workbooks according to existing legislation. * Legal responsibilities: Ensures compliance with all laws and regulations

* Conduct interviews * Psychological tests * Design questionnaires * Write up and publish experiment results * Attend conferences
