Creativity has always fuelled my entire life, whether as a Graphic Designer or Buyer. I apply transferrable skills such as the ability to solve complex problems. Applying innovative solutions which enhances my ability to time and project manage under high pressure situations. I always mix analytical data with creative thinking in majority of the business decisions I make. With over 5 years of experience in Buying across multiple categories, working with a vast range of local and global brands. Using strategic analytical data and market trends to effectively negotiate and optimise cost. Categories include: Consumer Electronics, Home and Furniture, Merchandise, Workshop, Baby, Fitness, Seasonal and Gifting. Operating on dropship, online, in store, Amazon FBA and other marketplace platforms. It is important for me to not only achieve the goals of my business , but effectively collaborate with suppliers to achieve their goals as well. I find enthusiasm in being involved with product development as a buyer because It touches my creative side. I am always interested in visiting factories and learning how things are made from scratch and the technicalities behind it. As well as being involved with marketing campaigns to promote the sourced products. This only further helps me with my design process which I have over 12 years of training using Adobe Suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, as well as Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender. I studied MA Digital Direction which broadens my knowledge in Augmented, Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence. In my free time, I enjoy joining global design competitions, illustration, gaming and spending time with my dog!
