- Responsible for managing the central inventory of laboratory equipment and materials to support operations across multiple regions. The role includes coordinating requests, procurement, weekly distribution, and regular stock updates to ensure smooth analytical processes across all regional laboratories. - Collects and consolidates laboratory analysis results from all regions, inputs data into the Excel database, and develops monthly visual reports to monitor trends and performance. Reporting focuses on tracking analysis fluctuations, summarizing distribution activities, and providing insights to support data-driven evaluations of laboratory efficiency. - Involved in managing the training participant database, preparing training reports, and coordinating training and seminar agendas, including creating invitations, facilitating tutorial sessions, and tracking participant progress. - Performed routine chemical and biological testing for approximately 100 samples per week to support operational quality control. - Analyzed and identified shrimp health conditions by detecting pathogens such as IMNV, WSSV, EHP, AHPND/EMS using the iiPCR Pockit method. - Ensured accurate recording, interpretation, and reporting of laboratory findings to support production and disease management strategies.

- Performed routine testing of 52 water samples for the presence of various chemical, biological, and physical parameters using a board assortment of equipment and instrument - checked the condition of hepatopancreas, gills and tail fins to detected diseases early of 3 shirmp samples per day - Utilized common laboratory equipment e g., pH meters, dissolved oxygen meters, microscope, and analytical balances in preparation of solutions - Ensured that routine testing is compliance with regulatory requirements and prepared reports summarizing results of tests performed.
