• Managed a project to transition core processes from an aging legacy application into an existing modern platform. This resulted in the successful retirement of the legacy application after years of struggle. • Conceptualized, strategized, planned, and led the transition of all sector training and learning initiatives from traditional in-person mode to that of an online one resulting in +50% reduction in cost associated with face-to-face training. • Successfully initiated and completed the sector improvement portfolio project. The end result of the project was the identification and elimination of duplicate processes, identification and alleviation of key pain points associated with aging applications, and better coordination among various branches of the division. • Led automation of data gathering and manipulation activities resulting in +80% reduction in time required to complete annual stakeholder data collection process. • Managed an annual grant calculation project for allocation of $150M to be distributed across all school boards. • Acted as the product manager to an application that went through drastic makeover for a few years in order to satisfy changing stakeholder needs. In that capacity, ensured quality product delivery throughout various stages of enhancements and modifications to the application. • As a product manager, managed an application that was essential for continuous and timely disbursements of multi million-dollar fund to respective stakeholders.

• Led a six member global team of developers and DevOps engineers delivering an auctioneering website for an international client. • Introduced Jira project management software for product backlog creation and maintenance, sprint execution, and more efficient project tracking. • Integrated Jira to Bitbucket, a hosted Git-based source code repository and workflow management application, for maximizing synergy and alignment of user stories to that of actual development work. The integration also allowed to track real-time any development work specific to a user story. • Implemented a mechanism for quality assurance activities for superior product delivery. • Successfully delivered the product to the complete satisfaction of the client on time and within budget.

• Client sought competitive advantage in an ever-competitive online retail market space by utilizing advanced AI/ML models. Strategized and planned the entire project from start to finish in support of the client’s specific needs. • Deployed three advanced deep learning models that assisted in gauging deeply embedded customer sentiments via product reviews. By ranking products based on sentiment analysis, identified top-selling products in the client’s market space to gain competitive advantage. • Implemented computer vision models based on the latest advancements in the space of AI/ML that would assist client to generate creative new designs for apparel.

• Worked as a business expert during successful planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of Party and Security Registry (PSR) application, an integrated enterprise solution with a centralized system to store and maintain Alberta Blue Cross benefit plan member and provider key demographic and identification information. Approximate budget for the implementation project was $2M. • Coordinated and provided training to senior management and executive teams and potential client users on the new enterprise registry solution. • Assisted with the successful role out of the PSR, the transformative ERP solution that streamlined data sharing across Alberta Blue Cross.
