*  Responsible for monitoring the monthly Cost/Net and comparing them with the budget and forecast *  Assisted the Credit Head and Policy managers in yearly budget forecasting of Cost, Headcount. *  Portfolio management, monitoring of the key portfolio indicators like delinquencies, portfolio segmentation, vintage/MOB analysis, as well as the portfolio profitability dynamics and monthly MIS decks *  Responsible for all Regional/Group office reporting on quarterly and monthly basis *  Responsible for ensuring appropriate and accurate MIS is in place to track performance of portfolios and analyzing leading, coincident and lagging indicators

*  Ensure all the reports are published on time, accuracy maintained, variances highlighted with reasons. *  Highlight the risk to the respective countries and ask the CCH to prepare the action plan. *  Help business in producing sufficient MIS where they can understand the risk involved in each Portfolio. Review the Product Development Document every month. *  Cost Variance & Forecasting: Communicate any specific caveats to Group Credit for consideration during Cost Variance and forecasting reporting. Explain to countries the uploaded cube numbers so that they can update accordingly. *  Managing monthly MIS Reports, conducting risk analysis & scrutinizing before submitting to Group.

*  Working with Trade Eximbills IT project unit to analyze current business needs and validate future business requirements using proven methodologies to model and re-design business processes, workflows and roles to support change. *  Own the business requirements and develop into functional specifications. *  Ensure business requirements are correctly captured and understood by the IT development team. *  Influence the prioritization of requirements across the Project development. *  Influence the delivery of the functional requirement within agreed timescales and budget. *  Support the development and production of end user training material. *  Communicate effectively with other team members, business units and consultants on the project, functionality itself and the capability it offers the business. *  Recognize and communicate the impact / change of the new application on the business. *  Day to day Management of the TRADE TI Eximbills Project

 Currently working in Basel Team to achieve compliance with the Banking standards. This involves channeling all banking data through the process of extraction, transformation and loading to the Credit Risk Data Mart (CRDM). Data Ware Housing in lay man’s language.  Observe data flow happening in a particular manner of the Data Mart.  Updating of the System of Record (SOR), which is the primary storage area in the data warehouse, which is the source of data in the CRDM.  Testing the mapping of the CDRM fields based on the Data Warehouse Design for Basel. Data being mapped in accordance to a specific product view. The product views are Card, Auto Loan, Personal Loan and Overdraft facilities.  Updating the account table represented in the Basel Data Warehouse tables. Ensuring proper snapshot of each table is effectively generated.
