* Planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the ministry's servers. * Implementing operational standards for the ministry's servers to maximize service continuity, efficiency, and operational consistency. * Implementing a mechanism to ensure the implementation of cybersecurity policies. * Participating in planning and specifying server systems and supplies. * Implementing a mechanism for managing and operating local storage servers within the ministry. * Implementing a mechanism to ensure compliance with SLAs and quality of service levels with other departments within the agency. * Preparing the necessary actions to work closely with suppliers/service providers to ensure the ministry's technical needs are met quickly and efficiently. * Participating in activities to ensure the implementation and monitoring of SLAs with external service providers. * Implementing a mechanism to continuously monitor the capacity of digital infrastructure and information security systems and ensure their availability. * Participating in the operations of data centers, IT systems, and infrastructure in both the main data center and the disaster recovery center. Perform periodic server and storage update tasks, and address vulnerabilities on a regular basis. * Implement a backup management mechanism for servers and employee devices.

* Provide technical specifications and procedures for software and hardware systems. Review new solution to be compatible with ZATCA infrastructure Standard. * Design, implementation, integration, planning and documentation of systems. * Assist with hardware inventory , troubleshooting and support * Responsible for resolution of daily assigned infrastructure implementation tickets. Coordinate support and repair activities with select third party vendors.
