• Prepare and maintain demand forecasts by consolidating inputs from sales, projects, and historical consumption data • Run MRP and generate purchase requisitions to ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and components • Monitor daily inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory • Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules • Track supplier delivery schedules and follow up on pending orders to ensure adherence to planned timelines • Generate weekly and monthly planning reports covering demand variance, material availability, and inventory status for management review
