Built an auto-labeling pipeline on large-scale X-ray datasets (625K+ images) using ViT and detection models. Pretrained a ViT-Base-16 backbone with DINOv2 and boosted performance via Swin Transformer transfer learning and cosine annealing LR policy. Implemented Co-DETR with MMDetection for scalable detection, achieving significant accuracy gains over baselines. Trained on 200K+ images using partial backbone freezing and custom layer-freezing strategies to optimize performance. Optimized the pipeline with GPU-efficient configurations, TensorBoard monitoring, and advanced data augmentations for large-scale training.
