I lead Montai’s Data Research team, responsible for building data products and decision frameworks that accelerate early-stage discovery. Our work integrates compound analytics, scalable pipelines, and real-time decision tools to support compound nominations and portfolio strategy. Highlights: - Designed and implemented R/Shiny applications that streamline compound nomination and triage. - Built scalable dbt/S3 pipelines to deliver reproducible analytics across research teams. - Partnered with biology, chemistry, and platform engineering to embed analytics directly into decision-making processes. - Reduced cycle times for critical nomination workflows and increased transparency in go/kill decisions.

Applied statistical modeling and systems thinking to complex biological data. Developed frameworks for analyzing variability in biological systems, methods that inform my current approach to decision science and portfolio analytics.
