The idea of TeskaLabs was seeded by my personal experience of working in enterprise mobility cyber security ... and facing the problem of overcoming the security barriers that keep enterprise mobile applications from reaching customers in time. Which I solved by developing a plug-and-play cyber security layer called SeaCat, which can scale to even the largest of operations, operating on thousands of devices within a single company. That was economical for businesses to adopt, and aligned with the way developers prefer to work. From these inspired beginning I have grown TeskaLabs into an award-winning software vendor, creating the comprehensive application cyber security technology for mobile and IoT apps - addressing the high-growth areas of cyber security, high-performance communication, and analytics. TeskaLabs now also starts to gain significant traction in a mission to secure large-scale, impactful, everyday applications such as vehicle-to-anything communication or mobile healthcare applications. We allow people to focus on things that truly matter and do what they actually love.

Manage and support software development projects and activities for customers of DPDHL (worldwide operations) Lead mobile software development and act as a key influencer in DPDHL's mobile enablement initiatives. My typical activities are: - Participated in software development projects as software development manager - Performed technical pre-sale and consultancy - Supervise design and software architecture - Coach development team (e.g. SCRUM mastering, code peer reviews, retrospective sessions) - Implement software development methods including tools and practices

Lead a software development team of 25 people building an ERP system used by national banks and large hospitals.

Develop video-on-demand application with custom home device and streaming server side. Satellite DVB-S technology was used for content delivery.

Manage the entire development cycle (Design, build, delivery, operation) and implement OS Linux for small businesses. + an Internet coffee in Jablonec nad Nisou.
