• Promoting the match day betting service and the relevant specials/promotions • Processing bets from supporters in concourse and corporate areas prior to kick off • Cash handling and reconciling paperwork quickly and efficiently

• Working within a busy call centre, making outbound cold calls and taking customer service inbound calls • Promoting CITB and the CSCS schemes • Achieving and exceeding given sales targets personal and team based • Taking payments via BACs, direct debits and cheque through the database systems I started at CITB through a temporary position from the employment agency REED. I quickly showed a very hard working, quick learning ability fueled by real passion and motivation not only for the role but to progress within it. Due to my skills and ability I quickly got offered a Fixed Term position with CITB and carried on delivering and over achieving in all aspects. I gained a wide variety of software and computer system knowledge, along with understanding customers and how to deal with various situations. Working within a very large team, for a company that needs to deliver at its optimum not only for its customers but in the current market meant that individual and team targets must always be maintained and monitored. Sales techniques, customer service skills, team working abilities and to work in a fast changing environment are skills I developed from CITB.
