Management Experience : 1- able to work in a team and at the same time be leading . 2- understand legal and economical matter, including IMO rules flag state - to build Professional and well functional teams . 3- Controlling briefing, interviewing, screening and hiring for all seagoing personnel, Monitoring available ex-crew and schedule deployment, anticipating future Company’s needs for recruitment and informing the General Manager on manpower planning . 4- Keeping aware of manning developments including the requirements of ILO, Flag Administration, Seamen’s union and representative bodies, shipowners’ unions and employment association . 5- Participating in the Shore Safety/Management Review meetings and ensuring that any subsequent actions are carried out as soon as is practicable thereafter. 6- Pooling unsuitable seagoing personnel and keeping full records for Health, Quality, Safety and Environmental protection Management . 7 - Study contracts for rental marine units operating in the marine offshore oil fields of all kinds and determine the appropriateness of each unit to the type of work required of them. 8 - Finish all the procedures and logistics with the governmental agencies (customs - coast Guard - ministry of petroleum ) for the arrival and departure of Marine units . 9 - Follow the movements of marine units in the oil fields as well as to and from the oil field and follow-up fuel and water to those units. 10 - Continuous follow-up of ships through follow-up of the maintenance program on board. and follow-up consumption of the vessel of fuel, water and other, as well as the application of international safety management and the extent of compliance with the implementation of the company policy .
