I have completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology at Wilfrid Laurier University, where I have learned about various topics in biochemistry, chemistry and related fields. I have an interest in various fields of research, as well as being around people, whether it be associates or customers. I find new advancements in the field of biochemistry and chemistry interesting, as well as engineering discoveries. I also thoroughly enjoy the business aspect of these discoveries, with the various roles within the businesses. As a Customer Service Sales Associate at Kar Auto Parts, I apply my teamwork, experience and customer service skills to provide excellent service to our clients and support our sales goals. I have over two years of work experience in the automotive industry, and I am passionate about learning new things and solving problems.
