Certification in ITIL V3 service management framework with proven experience of implementing an ITSM environment with formal incident, Problem, Configuration, Change and Release management procedures,

Responsible of Leading and managing Infrastructure organization with 10 team member. • Owns and manages highly available Network, Database, Big Data, Storage, Backup, Virtualization and Container Platform Infrastructures • Managing 9 digit OPEX & CAPEX budget of Enginerring & Technology Departments • Management of Active-Active designed 2 physical Data Centers and Borsa Istanbul colocation
