My responsibilities include overseeing the training and development of employees within the organization. I possess exceptional interpersonal skills and am highly adept at managing sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact. My natural organizational skills and proficiency with computers enable me to excel in my role and deliver results. Outside of work, I am a dedicated futsal and football player and proud member of the Joga Bonito community, which brings together players from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
