I co-founded Invention Labs as a multi-disciplinary engineering product development company that builds innovative products across diverse sectors like Finance, Retail and Healthcare using the team's expertise in embedded systems. During my stint at Invention Labs, we launched our first product, AVAZ, an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) device for persons with communication challenges due to conditions like Cerebral Palsy. We raised grants from the Government of India to sustain product development efforts for AVAZ prior to launching it commercially. We also evangelized the benefits of AVAZ to NGO's around India and helped set up pilots in schools for children with disabilities in several major cities. Invention Labs was chosen as one of the most promising startups in the Class of 2010 in the Power of Ideas competition conducted by The Economic Times in partnership with CIIE and DST, Govt. of India. In recognition of our efforts, the Government of India bestowed the National Award to AVAZ in 2010 as the Best Product for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.

* I lead the Enterprise Services Analytics service line at Genpact. Enterprise Services include Finance & Accounting processes, Sourcing and Procurement processes, Enterprise Risk Management and Enterprise Performance Management. * My responsibilities include: * Define and build digital assets and framework assets that seamlessly integrate analytics in Genpact's Enterprise Service Offerings * Design and take to market innovative digitally-enabled offerings in the Enterprise Services space with a Lean Startup approach * Deliver thought leadership on leverage from analytics for driving key business outcomes for our clients' Enterprise Finance functions * Participate in large strategic deals in Enterprise Services across industry verticals

* I was the Quality and Transitions leader for the Analytics & Research Business at Genpact * Delivered $1 Billion of Client Impact in 2014, the highest ever for the Analytics business * Drove improvement in Lean Six Sigma DNA, measured by number of successful Lean and Green Belt projects in the business * Managed a team of 30+ Black Belts and Master Black Belts * Rebuilt the Transition team for Analytics for establishing greater project management and risk management rigour in beginning new client engagements

* I was part of the leadership team at Flipkart, India's largest eCommerce website * Managed the Books category, owning the P&L for the business * Also managed Media (Music, Movies & Games), Stationery and Toys categories till Dec 2012 * Facilitated multiple process improvements at Flipkart including the implementation of a new ERP backbone on a fully functional supply chain with minimal impact to Business * Led and streamlined the Monetization strategy at Flipkart; helping in defining its scope, set the pricing strategy and manage client servicing activities for advertisers

* Dealivore was a group buying website helping businesses acquire new customers using innovative marketing strategies. Dealivore shut down its operations in April 2012. * Led Business Development for Dealivore to establish new lines of business and pursue strategic partnerships. * Expanded Dealivore's business to Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad, recruiting, training and managing the sales force in all three cities to ensure a steady stream of deals * Signed up IT/ITeS companies in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore to ICUMI's Corporate Benefit Program

* I was part of the Marketing & Analysis team at Capital One in their Credit Cards business * Managed a portfolio of ~4 MM credit card accounts and ~$3 BB in Outstandings * Analyzed test marketing data to determine product strategy for offering an additional card to Capital One customers * Engaged with cross-functional teams within Capital One to run monthly marketing campaigns and ensure execution meets strategic intent * Evaluated opportunities in cross-selling Capital One's non-card products to credit card customers

Invention Labs is an engineering company, with its primary focus on medical devices. It is a part of the IIT Madras Research Park.Invention Labs makes products for persons with communication disorders. Avaz, the first product launched by Invention Labs helps persons with cerebral palsy to communicate in an independent manner. Avaz won the National Award for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in December 2010. Presented by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, Avaz was chosen as the Best Product that improved the lives of Persons with Disabilities. * I handled a broad set of responsibilities as the Offerings leader in the Analytics business: * Led strategic initiatives for the Analytics Offerings organisation, helping streamline the build strategy for Genpact's portfolio of analytics offerings * Set up the Product management function to manage the Intellectual Property portfolio (tools and platforms) for the Analytics business * Delivered the first generation of Genpact's Intelligent Process Insights Engine (IPIE), a platform for scaling enterprise-wide analytics on a modern Big Data technology stack I also led Genpact's Smart Decision Labs during this period * Restructured the Lab to develop digital assets for our primary service offerings * Rebuilt the data science team to improve the competency around Machine Learning and Text Mining
