• Conceptual Design & Load Analysis: Lead the preparation of Design Concept Reports (DCR) and technical specifications, conducting detailed heat load calculations using Carrier HAP software in strict adherence to ASHRAE standards. • Equipment Selection & System Design: Perform technical selection of mission-critical HVAC equipment, including FCUs, DX units, FAHUs, Chilled Water Pumps, CCUs, and HEXs, tailored for large-scale commercial applications. • BIM Coordination & Digital Twin Modeling: Develop high-fidelity 3D HVAC models within Revit. Conduct rigorous clash detection through Navisworks to resolve multidisciplinary design conflicts before construction. • Air Distribution & Ventilation Engineering: Design complex air distribution systems, including specialized calculations for ESP (External Static Pressure) and pump head losses, as well as ventilation for kitchens, toilets, and car parks. • Multidisciplinary Coordination: Orchestrate design requirements across all project stages (Conceptual, Schematic, Detailed) with Architecture, Transportation, Electrical, and Water/Environment teams. • Sustainability & Code Compliance: Ensure system designs maintain LEED and Green Building certification standards while upholding NFPA regulations for smoke management and staircase/lobby pressurization. • Tender & Estimation Management: Evaluate tender documents, including Scope of Work (SOW), technical drawings, and BOQ specifications, to provide accurate technical estimations and bid-ready documents. • Hydronic Optimization: Monitor chilled water systems to ensure temperature differentials (Delta T) comply with district cooling provider standards, such as EMPOWER.

· Reviewing tender drawings and preparing RFI for any missing details. · Quantity takeoff using PLANSWIFT and scheduling for External projects and In-house projects.Costing and Cost comparison of various quotations from suppliers. · Value engineering to reduce the cost after checking the specification and drawings. · Specification making after discussion with the senior members. · BOQ preparation for Design projects and tendering projects if same is not received from the consultant. · Design of HVAC, Firefighting, Electrical, Plumbing systems for incomplete Tender drawings. · Shop drawing preparation of MEP services by AutoCAD and Revit MEP. · As build drawing preparation and billing processing. · Tender documents creation and reconciliation for Design projects.
