I am a SeniorDirector-level translational oncology leader with a strong research foundation and a drug-hunting mindset, focused on advancing high-quality biology into patient-relevant development strategies. I bring portfolio-level impact by shaping translational direction across oncology programs spanning biologics, small molecules, and Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) from discovery through early clinical development. My work centers on identifying and prioritizing the right targets, mechanisms, and indications—using rigorous human biology, translational models, and biomarker strategies to inform go/no-go decisions, accelerate learning, and reduce development risk. I am deeply engaged in research strategy while maintaining a clear line of sight to development execution and portfolio value. I lead translational strategy with a strong emphasis on disciplined decision-making, scientific clarity, and strategic focus. I partner closely with discovery, clinical, biomarker, commercial and regulatory teams to ensure that early hypotheses are testable, patient-relevant, and scalable across portfolios.
