• Development of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, Environmental and Social Action Plan, Stakeholder Engagement Plan in accordance with the requirements of EBRD, ADB, AIIB. (Some projects: M-KAT Green Solar Power Plant, Nomad Solar Power Plant, Zhanatas Wind Farm, Zhangiz Solar Power Plant, Saran Solar Power Plant). • Organization of stakeholder meetings (akimat, local population, companies) • Conducting interviews with affected persons; • Development of recommendations for improvement of HSE conditions; • Implementation of Environmental and Social Action Plan and Stakeholder Engagement Plan; • Development of Waste Management Procedures; • Development of information stands for employees and local residents; • Translation of reports into Russian and Kazakh languages;
