* Work on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) project as part of the validation Team * Coordinate with external GMP consultants * Had training on: o Risk analysis in GXPs o Introduction to basic GMPs (GMP aspect and regulation) o Vleaning, disinfection & sanitization o Water systems (principles, qualification & validation, use & maintenance) o HVAC systems (principles, qualification & validation, use & maintenance) o Working in sterile area & sterilization methods o Gowning procedures * Ensure inspections and tests upon received, in process and finished products * Validate the methods applied during tests. * Inform the director of quality control about deficiencies and non-conformities. * Record all information to analyze customer feedback and monitor corrective actions. * Validate the raw materials and finished products. * Perform statistics from data and records. * Ensure inspections at the industry, warehouse of raw materials and finished products. * Ensure inspections on products returned by customers. * Ensure validation of production records for each batch produced report (BPR).
