- Export & Import Operations - Manage all export & import process - Preparing export & import documentation and providing to customer - Preparing & Checking the LC and bank documents - Checking conformity of import & export agreements like shipment terms & payment ( DDU - CASH IN ADVANCE etc.) - Following customer orders according to provide shipment plans & customs formalities - Customer communication regarding the order status , delivery status ,customs & logistics matters, - Checking the inventories of all warehouses and , planning replenishment, - Manage import process and operations for raw materials - Handling import shipments ,with the customs agency and transportation agencies - Obtaining necessary approvals and permissions from competent authorities  Transport & Logistic Management - Ocean Shipment management / import & export / Fcl & Lcl - Land ,Railway , intermodal and multimodal transport management - Airline Shipment management - Logistic & Warehouse & Supplier management - Vessel Chartering & Bulk shipment management - Audit the performances of shipping lines , shipping agency etc.- - Dominate freight market of shipments to do negotiation with shipping agency,
