I am a doctor, expert, speaker and advocate for integrative women’s health and physician wellness, the founder of The Menopause Bootcamp, a live event deep-dive into women’s menopausal transition, and the author of the book of the same name. An OB/GYN and integrative health practitioner, I deliver thoughtful, candid, modern, holistic information about the physical and psychological challenges that women experience every day. I appear frequently as an expert in women’s health and integrative medicine on TV, in print, and online to empower and educate women and the public with compassionate insight and information for the whole person. As a Diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, I help women transition through important phases of their lives — from adolescence to post-menopause in my own concierge medical practice established in January of 2025, supported by Monarch MD the Medical Services Platform for which is serve as Chief Clinical Officer. As a 20 year partner at Women's Care of Beverly Hills I performed thousands of deliveries and practiced general gynecology. I received my medical degree in 1996 from the USC School of Medicine and completed my residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. I completed my clinical Ayurvedic Specialist degree at California College of Ayurveda in 2010 and was board certified in integrative and holistic medicine in 2008. I’m deeply committed to healing that involves individuals, families, communities and our planet. I promote that philosophy in all that I do from my medical practice to Menopause Bootcamps to the work I do serving as a medical and integrative health expert on several medical and scientific advisory boards.
