Working on ML and AI‑driven features within Salesforce’s observability platform to enhance incident detection and response.

Working on MARS, a Salesforce in-house developed metric store for scraping and storing system, application, and external metrics used for horizontal reactive, predictive, and cron-based autoscaling. We serve as the primary autoscaling metric store across the Salesforce ecosystem, responsible for scraping and supplying autoscaling metrics to Kubernetes HPAs to ensure pods scale efficiently at the right time. The system leverages Prometheus, Thanos, and other custom applications under the hood.

• Developed and executed effective solutions to resolve customer‑reported issues and bugs. • Managed ETL pipeline failures caused by the deletion or revoked access of Google Sheet objects. • Achieved a 60% reduction in customer on‑call issues related to Google Sheets connector through this fix. • Designed and implemented diverse models and APIs for extracting Shopify customer data to be ingested into an ETL pipeline. • Scripting was done in Java.

• Worked on Service Protection, Bug Fixes and simulating a Version Control System. • Implemented timeout for regex operations to overcome system degradation due to thread starvation. • Improved overall system availability by 0.04% throughout the year. • Simulated a Version Control System in the system through logging. • Scripting was done in Java and SpringBoot

• Implemented a Face Anti‑Spoofing Framework using Deep Pixel‑wise Binary Supervision. • Developed an Anti‑Spoofing Face Recognition System to enhance security against presentation attacks, such as using photographs, flat paper, and masks. • Achieved an accuracy of 95% on the NUAA Photo Imposter Database. • Framework was built using PyTorch.

MATRIX organizes activities like Taboo, Minimalist Quiz, etc., during college festivals. As a coordinator, I have managed over 20 team members and was the point of contact for all activities the society undertakes. APOGEE is BITS, Pilani's annual technical festival.
