* Dealing with the preparation and submission of VAT returns on a monthly basis * Maintain accounts ledgers, account receivables, payables and inventory management and ensure accuracy of these materials. * Reconcile the debtors ledgers monthly to ensure they are accurate and fully updated. Distribute monthly statements. * Debt reminder letters sent out on a regular basis, and email and phone contact when necessary. * Negotiate payment programmes where appropriate. * Prepare reconciliation statements of banks. * Perform accounting functions related to the processing of payroll and administration of benefits. * Distribution of pay slips and various payroll reports. * Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information. * Liaison with staff on all payroll matters * Acting as a liaison officer with the banks on behalf of the company. * Supervising the performance of junior accountants and advising them for further improvement in their work culture.

* Receive cash/cheque payments from the customers. * Pass the entries in the Oracle and make the receipts. * Closing of the shift in Oracle and reconcile the whole cash/cheque. * Handover the cash/cheque to bank. * Sending all Reports to the Bank and Finance Department by mail
