• Preparing daily & monthly production and maintenance reports of the plants. • Daily production planning for gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, Argon, CO2, Mix Gases Etc. • Ensuring inspection of tankers are done pre and post-filling as per checklist before dispatching. • Analyzing the Quality of the product and providing COC/COA following customer requests. • Coordinating with distribution supervisors for product delivery and product conformity. • Issuing work permits analyzing the hazards and ensuring necessary control measures for all jobs in the facility. • Conduct Pre-delivery inspection before the first delivery & periodical inspection at the customer site. • Procuring the materials for the project and preventive maintenance. Maintain the materials on plant store. • Ensuring laboratory analyzers are running in good condition and that calibrations are valid in accordance with global quality procedures. • Rectifying issue related to vacuum tanks, maintaining tanks and creation of ON/OFF hire reports. • Schedule & follow up on the bulk delivery at the customer site. • Project planning and execution at customer site. • Ensuring plant Quality activities & productions are going in line with ISO 9001: 2015, FSSC 22000 Standards. • Implementing Quality & Safety measures to reduce the risk of Customer complaints &ensuring safe practices are always followed inside the plant & at customer sites as per the organization's EHS requirements. • Co-ordinate with the Logistics Department for their requirements and to ensure its smooth delivery of products without any delay from the production part.

• Responsible for all sales activities through close in an assigned territory and is the main intermediary between the company and the customer in the achievement of profitable growth. • Maintain a list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads using CRM tools and meeting/exceeding sales. • To sell the company product to our current and potential customers. • Support and implement marketing plans, and promotions. • Coordinate with Inter- dept, prepare and submit Monthly reports timely. • Focus on forecasting, prospecting, and new business development and manage most aspects of client relationships. • Communicate and work closely with operations on customer requirements. • Establish excellent rapport with customers. • Addressing customer issues and communicating the information in a timely manner to their immediate manager. • Always comply with company policies and procedures. • Offering technical solutions to each client in accordance with their needs. • Report the actions of competitors in the marketplace.
