Asia Parson, M.S., SHRM-CP

Asia is a recent graduate with an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University. She previously earned a B.S. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. With her SHRM - CP certification and background in I/O Psychology, Asia aspires to build a career in Human Resources, with a particular interest in Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and Organizational Development. She is passionate about fostering productive and comfortable workplace environments for both employees and employers.
