Job involves leading a team of chemical engineers to conduct Process Design & scale up of in-house R&D developed Technology to Plant scale. Continuous Technology support to Plant for trouble shooting, debottle-necking and capacity augmentation. Delivered Basic Engineering package for Detail engineering of unique Grass Root Project to manufacture a speciality Rubber chemical Plant located at VAPI in 2004-05. In-house development of indigenous Technology and the Basic Engineering package for Detail engineering of 4ADPA a Rubber chemical intermediate at Dahej in 2012. Responsible for commissioning the Grass root Project on Plant scale to facilitate smooth hand over to Operation team. NOCIL technical team was awarded with the prestigious Acharya PC Ray award for in-house development of indigenous Technology of 4ADPA in 2018. Engineering & commissioning done recently for three different products to manufacture Rubber chemicals at Dahej from the year 2017-2019. First the Accelerators Plant to make MBT, CBS & NS followed by Antioxidant Plant of Px13 and finally HMBTS which is a speciality rubber chemical.
