Directed corporate treasury operations with monitoring short-, medium-, and long-term funds having debt size of over $4.3B and optimized annual hedging cost by savings of $17M in complex financial instruments. Served as proactive member of core management committee for successfully completion of operational takeover (M&A) of $1.6B. Executed group initiative of "Risk Compliance Monitoring System" and “Shared Services System” in various areas of operations.
