Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Helped company in business writing. Communication with clients , overall responsible for customer relationship management. Attending customer enquiry about the product , and follow ups with the customers for conversion, updating the status. Generating all types of report related to Business operations. Study, analyse, implement and develop the operation process.

As an Executive engineer my responsibilities includes interacting with the management, marketing, and production staff for discussing the specifications and procedures of the ongoing project. I was responsible for all the project work and are answerable to high level authorities, providing them detailed information on the project. I have to look at all the details about the project and interact with the clients informing them about the project status. I was responsible for timely delivery of the projects. Interacting with the clients and understanding their requirements effectively Plan work according to the client requirements and manage the time Supervising the engineers and assistant engineers Guiding and suggesting changes, requirements, and necessities in the project. Maintaining records of the ongoing projects and document them properly Prepare presentations for the clients Document reports and submit them to higher authorities Involved in marketing and promotional activities.
