Theme: Sustainability / Low-carbon Building Materials / Alternative building materials / Circularity in construction Utilised Construction and Demolition Wastes in different forms (excavated natural soil, demolished brick masonry waste, brick waste, mortar waste, recycled concrete, etc.) in the development of various construction materials. Developed construction materials viz: Stabilized Adobe, Recycled Masonry Concrete Blocks, StabilizedMud Concrete, Thin Joint Masonry Mortars, Recycled Mortars (Using Soil & DBM), Controlled LowStrength Material, Flowable Stabilized Soil Mixes, etc. In addition, Concrete mixes were developed using alternative fines (recycled C&D Waste and other industrial by-products) including Marble / Granite fines. Published data related to the generation, and composition of C&D waste.
