Hello, I’m Ashwanee Dubey, an experienced Assistant Manager in the E&I Maintenance Department at Flex Film Europa. With 12 years of hands-on experience in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects and maintenance, I have developed a strong expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring operational excellence. Over the years, I’ve been involved in the execution and management of several key projects, including: • DMT Line up-gradation with Bruckner (Taghleef Industries) • CPP Line up-gradation (Taghleef Industries) • Materials Handling Project with Bonfanti and Armstrong (Taghleef Industries) • BOBST Metalliser Project (Cosmo Films Limited) • BOPP Bruckner Project (Cosmo Films Limited) • BOPET Bruckner Project (Chiripal Polyfilms Limited) • Husk Boiler (Sparsh Industries Pvt. Ltd.) • CP Plant (Sparsh Industries Pvt. Ltd.) These projects have provided me with a diverse skill set in E&I maintenance, system optimisation, and project management. I am currently pursuing an MBA from Amity University to further enhance my leadership and strategic management capabilities. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
