I started out in FP&A and Finance Business partnering roles, working closely with commercial and marketing leaders in global FMCG and technology businesses. Those years taught me how to translate performance into a story: what really drove the number, what mattered, and what decision should follow. At Agoda, I moved closer to the operational engine of the business. In my current global finance role, I work hands‑on with cash, receivables, and balance‑sheet dynamics in a highly system‑driven environment. It has exposed me to the mechanics behind the forecasts; how revenue converts to cash, where friction shows up, and where risk quietly builds. That combination has shaped how I think about FP&A today. For me, good FP&A isn’t just about models or variance analysis. It’s about connecting strategy to execution, understanding what’s really happening underneath the numbers, and helping leaders make better calls with imperfect information. Previously, I held regional finance roles at L’Oréal and Delivery Hero, supporting multiple markets across Asia‑Pacific and Europe. Across industries and roles, the constant has been a bias toward clarity: simplifying complexity, challenging assumptions, and using finance as a tool to drive outcomes, not just report them. I’m most energized in environments where finance is expected to think, not just calculate, and where strong storytelling and sound judgment matter as much as technical skill.
