Responsibilities: • Managed full recruitment cycle for our direct client requirements. • Serving domain like :- Technology, Information & Internet, Financial Services, Retail. • Discovered candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn RPS for Technical roles and posting jobs on LinkedIn (If required). • Reviewing CV’s as per the job description, Salary negotiations, Cold calling. • Coordinate with candidates for prescreening call and set up zoom call discussion with Delivery manager. • Schedule interview with candidates as per the availability and follow up for interview. • Reference checking, tracking job process and placing candidates after getting confirmation from client.

• Managed the complete recruitment life cycle for US-based IT roles — from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding. • Sourced and screened candidates using JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Monster. • Partnered with account managers to understand client needs and deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines. • Negotiated rates, terms, and start dates while maintaining strong candidate relationships. • Maintained a high submission-to-hire ratio, exceeding monthly targets consistently. • Built a candidate pipeline for recurring skill sets, reducing dependency on reactive hiring. • Research, identify and qualify candidates for client's open IT job positions. • Posting Job requirements on leading job portals (if required) and screening responses. • Dealt with USC, H1b, H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, TN, E3, L2 EAD and OPT EAD candidates. • Impressive knowledge of tax terms like C2C and W2. • Strong experience in sourcing using job boards (like: Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder), Boolean searches, cold calling, and LinkedIn. And excellent experience on ATS (application tracking system): Job Diva. • Reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing. • Experience collaborating with our clients. • Mentored three recruiters, responsible for their full recruitment cycle.
