I am currently employed as a Revenue Cycle Manager as a Program Implementation Leadership Role using Jira,Trello, confluence for UAT activity till Go-Live production project , where I have been responsible for the management and oversight of SNF billing and collections activities, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition, and the implementation of various process improvements. I have played a pivotal role in reducing accounts receivable days outstanding by 15% in the past year, increasing cash flow by 20%, and fostering a high-performance team of revenue cycle professionals. Furthermore, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as multiple certifications like PMP, CAPMI, Co-pilot developer in Healthcare Financial Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belts methodologies.
