With 19 years of experience in the IT industry, I’ve spent my career building scalable systems, leading teams, and solving complex business problems. Over 13 of those years were with Nagarro, where I had the opportunity to work across global clients, technologies, and high-impact programs. In 2025, I chose to take a deliberate pivot—from technology to manufacturing—to build something tangible from the ground up. I’m the Founder of Kin Craft Leathers, a footwear manufacturing venture based in India, focused on crafting quality leather footwear that combines comfort, durability, and thoughtful design. This transition is driven by a long-standing interest in manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and creating real products that people use every day. My background in IT gives me a strong foundation in process thinking, quality, scalability, and data-driven decision-making—principles I now apply to building efficient manufacturing operations and sustainable business practices.
