Departmental continuous improvements, RCA analysis, PFMEA analysis 5. Safty compliances of operation department 6. Manpower Management 7. Responsible for the whole refractory & insulation related activities at the pellet plant starting from procurement, inspection & application . 8. Interdepartmental coordination.

• Working as a Production In Charge for both Dry Grinding & Grate-Kiln induration Unit.(Both from CCR & Field) • Supervision of production output as per company business plan and prioritize production sequences in cases of delays/ breakdowns. • Operation & Mechanical planning • Standardization of all key process parameters from CCR as per the customer product requirements. ( Like Ccs, basicity ,mean pellet size etc) • To operate the plant at optimum conditions with targeted specific consumptions and achieve production targets. • Planning and job scheduling for Preventive & Corrective maintenance (shut downs) by checking the job list, equipment list and man power. • Refractory incharge for pellet plant. • Training in charge for Operations & Maintenance dept.. • A core member of techno-commercial committee ( Committee responsible for production costing, CAPEX & OPEX)
