Lead the design and development of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems , adhering to Ingress Protection (IP) standards and other electrical standards. Engineered customized battery banks, performing thermal and structural analyses to ensure optimal performance. Executed bus bar designs and calculations for electrical UPS systems. Managed all phases of the design process, including modeling, drafting, dimensioning, tolerance analysis, prototyping, and documentation. Contributed to product localization efforts to meet local standards and regulations. Played a key role as BIM EXPERT in DMRC tender projects, design custom UPS unit , make GAD,SLD and other required documents like equipment placement layouts,lifting layouts as per DMRC guide lines. Utilized Revit Architecture to plan and design the placement of UPS systems, battery banks, and other cubical units in UPS rooms across DMRC line 7 and 8 extension metro stations.

Designed sheet metal enclosures for solar inverters, industrial UPS systems, and EV chargers, optimizing designs for both plastic and sheet metal applications. Utilized SolidWorks Plastics to perform mold flow analysis, optimizing plastic designs for manufacturability. Conducted thermal analysis of electronic enclosures, including EV chargers, using SolidWorks CFD to improve heat management. Designed and optimized solar structure frames up to 100kW, ensuring compliance with ISO 875 Part 3 standards for different wind zones. Collaborated with vendors to streamline fabrication processes, achieving cost-effective design solutions.

Conducted workshops and seminars on mechanical CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks, Catia, and NX CAD at both academic and corporate levels. Provided design solutions and troubleshooting support to corporate clients, improving design efficiency and reducing operational delays. Acted as the primary point of contact for technical support, assisting users in troubleshooting software-related issues and improving their understanding of design tools.

Conducted visual inspections and non-destructive tests to ensure product quality. Collaborated with team members to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions. Provided regular feedback to supervisors on recurring issues, contributing to continuous improvement in quality control processes.
