* Prepared parts, including bowings, cuts, and other markings for both the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra and the Boston Symphony Orchestra * Created a catalog for the PDF library of audition excerpts * Created and repaired parts for the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra and the Boston Symphony Orchestra * Attended all rehearsals and concerts and distributed and collected parts

* Reviewed the orchestra’s entire music collection for completeness of sets, bowings, and condition of music * Created an Excel catalog incorporating uniform titles, composers, and publishers * Selected new boxes and labels for the collection to be stored in

* Assist customers via phone, chat, and email in creating and managing instrument rental accounts, accessory and sheet music purchases, and fulfilling any other requests * Help prepare orders to be shipped and process returns * File and maintain rental contracts and other paperwork as well as enter data and continually * update accounts

Library Fellow at New World Symphony

Assist the Principal Librarian and Assistant Librarian in preparing music for the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Boston Pops Orchestra, including editing and bowing parts, creating new parts and scores, preparing folders for concerts and rehearsals. Entrusted to prepare music for Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra concerts based in Boston and Cape Cod while the rest of the library staff was at Tanglewood this past summer season. Continuous updating and maintenance of the library holdings and catalogs, including BSO, BPO, and Boston Symphony Chamber Players music, as well as electronic collections and offsite collections
