Introduced company product into the US market. Led the commercializing of probiotics that decrease livestock methane emissions and allow the removal of antibiotics from ruminant feed without any cost or productivity losses into the North American market.

While leading the animal division of Life Biosciences in Australia I identified market opportunity, developed business case and broad internal, industry and research partnerships to conduct proof of concept in target species; led process to commercialise product in US, EU and Australian markets. Managed technology business with staff of 5, transitioned product performance and UX, evaluated strategic fit of tech business for parent company and sold business to enable re prioritisation of investments.

Proposed, developed and ran key scientific trials in collaboration with leading researchers to realise commercial opportunities.

I led the development and launch of the flagship Producer Innovation Fast Track program. This program accelerates innovation capability of Australian livestock producers in on farm productivity, new product development, value chain leadership and new venture creation. Providing co-funding, expertise and customised support enhanced program efficacy and sustainability.

I led and managed technical marketing and information management systems projects to improve productivity, sustainability, food safety and water use efficiency for the Abu Dhabi governments’ agricultural advisory service.
