My team of talented Software Engineers, AI Researchers, ML/AI Engineers drive innovation across key areas: * Products: Building AI first Products, Agents & Infrastructure (Labeling, Classification, Deployment, Evaluations, Experimentation, Fine-tuning etc), multi-modal (Voice, Vision, Language). Tech used - AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Huggingface, LiteLLM, Langfuse, Langchain, MLOps, and combination of foundational and fine tuned open source models to drive innovation. * Infrastructure: Powering Aledade’s product ecosystem using AWS compute and storage infrastructure (EC2, EKS, Lambda, Postgre/RDS/Aurora, S3 etc.), Kafka, Observability, and increasing developer productivity (Infra as Code, Dev tools etc). * Platforms: Developing targeting platform, ranking algorithms, orchestration workflows and Agentic communications platforms (SMS, Voice).

Lead a talented group of Product Managers & Engineers to build platform and infrastructure. The teams are responsible for: * Data Infrastructure/Platform serving data needs of Dropbox - ~700M users, XX Petabytes. Responsible for Data Ingestion pipelines, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, self-serve analytics, workflow orchestration, streaming, Data Engineering, Customer data platform (CDP). * FinTech/Commerce platform supporting Web/Mobile responsible for ~$2.4B in revenues. Billing, Payments, Fraud, Subscription/Usage based. Driving growth with innovations around Freemium, trials, incentives, Machine Learning based optimizations etc. * Growth/Engagement Platform (Communication, Journey, Experimentation, In-Product ads, Segmentation/Targeting, Analytics) responsible for driving $XXX M in net new ARR/year via Product led growth (PLG), up-sell/cross-sell motions, increasing conversions, trials and reducing churn.

Leading full stack team serving up ~250M MAU, building Job Seeker consumer facing products to understand Jobseekers better and help them land their dream job! Product areas - Consumer facing sites(web, mobile) serving 250M MAU, Top of funnel (SEO/Acquisition), Profile/User onboarding, Data science (NLP, ML), Platform (API, Storage, Data infrastructure) with cross functional team (Design, Product, DSc.).

Head of Engineering for Snap Ads Monetization and FinTech platform. Set the vision, strategy and built up the platform from ground up and hiring/growing teams across Seattle/LA. Built the v1 of Snap Commerce for creators/influencers.

In my last role, I ran parts of Microsoft Commerce Platform (Billing, Payments etc) leading multiple teams responsible for running business critical (>$10B), high scale, highly secure, distributed services for Microsoft products - Office 365, Azure, Xbox, microsoftstore.com, Windows App store (PC/Phone), Bing Ads. Launched many products 0 -> 1 over the years in B2C and B2B space. Prior to this, I was individual contributor and transitioned to lead multiple engineering teams in Dynamics 365.
