Currently, I lead operations at Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys (P) Ltd (Rourkela), having 2 pellet plants, where I focus on process optimization, quality assurance, and achieving production excellence. My professional journey began in 2009 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), and through consistent dedication and continuous learning, I have grown into a leadership role. I hold a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Production, equipping me with both technical proficiency and strategic management skills to excel in dynamic industrial environments. Core Competencies: Process Optimization & Control: In-depth knowledge of Grate-Kiln technology, including Balling Disc, Traveling Grate, Kiln, and Annular Cooler. Raw Material & Quality Management: Proficient in optimizing raw material usage and ensuring superior product quality standards. Additive Management: Expertise in managing key additives such as Bentonite, Limestone, Dolomite, AC Coal, and Process Oil to meet production goals.
