About
I’m an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School, focused on building empathetic, human-centered digital health products that improve people's everyday health and the care that they receive. I bring a blend of deep healthcare experience and hands-on product work, and I’m comfortable operating in both large organizations and lean startup environments. Before HBS, I spent over four years in New Product Development at Stryker Endoscopy, launching software and hardware products that improved operating room workflows and provider experiences. During my MBA, I’ve worked hands-on with startup teams at Anise Health, Elektra Health, and Stack, driving product work from user discovery through prioritization and roadmap development, alongside adjacent growth initiatives. I love talking to users and starting with real pain points, but I’m equally excited about diving into data and technical constraints, and rapidly prototyping to test ideas. I’m especially excited by opportunities in women’s health, mental health, and consumer health. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, yoga, pickleball, and traveling.

Additionally, led a data automation and reporting initiative to improve visibility into Elektra’s operational and growth metrics. Evaluated cloud platform tradeoffs to recommend a scalable data strategy using BigQuery and Looker Studio, then designed and implemented automated, SQL-driven dashboards that replaced weekly manual reporting.
