I worked as a Non-Technical College Intern in the Tactical Unmanned Systems Targets Department. During those four months I archived 250+ boxes of material consisting of thousands of documents of technical material. After organizing the physical documents in boxes I recorded all documents and data inside each specific box of material using archival database. I was also given the task of organizing office space in order to allow employees to achieve better access to materials.

During my partcipating in the High School Internship Program at Northrop Grumman Corporation I worked in tge Human Relations Department. My job was to assist Corporate Citizenship and Business Conduct Officer by helping collect funds, manage inventory and organize various events for USO Fundraising Campaign. I was also asked to manage the High School Internship Program students working within the company with weekly emails, updates and assignments. I also organized and facilitated Employee of the Month recognition voting process as well as contacted and distributed Service Recognition badges to tenured employees.

During my time at the Wild Animal Park, I prepared Aviary for daily tourist visitation, watched over the well being of 95+ Lorikeet Birds, as well as prepared and distributed nectar and fruit for birds.

Lead a team of sales people by heading the organization of special events to promote sales, coordinating intercity, interstate and international travel to meet interested buyers as well as arranging weekly appointments. Responsible for talent acquisition and training new employees. Executive assistant roles included maintaining the company calendar, tracking workers hours, arranging meetings, taking critical notes, coordinating travel as well as a wide variety of administrative duties and other special projects including tracking sales, revenue and other data points.

Technical Lease Returns Administrator in the Systems Department responsible for helping develop a new system to track lease expirations on thousands of IT equipment to prevent loss of revenue by coordinating with vendors to either terminate or renew, and subsequently negotiate, contracts as well as direct the pick up and delivery of the equipment with Procurement.

I worked as a non-technical college interm in the HALE Program Integrations and Operations for Northrop Grumman Corproation. During that time I completed testing for Lessons Learned and Metric Tool and presented a list of errors and suggestions for the database, input 67 Metrics into Metrics Tool, removed/extended 43+ Accounts within ShareCenter, composed and sent the Proposal Kick-Off Email every Tuesday as well as collected data for RAA (Responsibility Authority Accountability) Spreadsheet for HALE Proposal Management Department.
