I am currently the Purchasing Manager for the West Point Peco Facility. I work with sales, corporate, and production to ensure the plant has what it needs to run each week/month based on the projected schedules provided. I was previously the Sales Coordinator at the Peco Foods West Point Distribution Center and Value Added Processing Plant. I scheduled product to be used, plus scheduled product to be shipped out while working along side Production and Warehouse management to meet their production and shipping needs. I transferred from the Sebastopol, MS plant where I was the Continuous Improvement Manager for 4 years. I am also a Green Belt in Six Sigma and working towards becoming a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma. I was a Food Inspector/Consumer Safety Inspector in three plants in East MS and a regular fill in in four more plants in central MS. Also, I was the MS State Coordinator for the Meat Inspection Division with the MS Department of Agriculture and Commerce.

Dual roles. I am a Food Inspector for poultry, slaughter, and processing plants throughout Central Mississippi.
