I focus on improving training opportunities for those involved in resource management and the development and expansion of the organization. I currently own Coalo Consulting, a firm focused on providing sustainability and leadership insights and training to non-profit and government entities. In addition, I own and operate Williams’ Happy Cow Farms with my family. I have earned my doctorate in Business Administration, with a focus on Social Impact. My research topic entails a multiple case study to identify capacity-building strategies of nonprofit leaders address funding and growth needs of nonprofit organizations. I have a masters in Regional and Community Planning, and a bachelors in Architecture. I am currently actively involved in the TSAE DEIB Committee. I was actively involved in Executive Leadership Development Courses for Spouses’ as a participant and discussion group leader and facilitator at the Army War College. I have also served on the University of Houston, Bauer College if Business Advisory Board for the Customer Experience Certification Program. I previously worked eight years in city government, developing, executing and providing continuous oversight of programs and policies that served internal and external purposes.
