Physical fitness has always been something I've been passionate about. I became most interested in kinesiology in high school when I took my first sports medicine class. From then on I was hooked on kinesiology and have had a passion for physical wellbeing. I also love teaching, I had been instructing tae kwon do since I was 12, from there my interest grew. I am a San Jose State University graduate as of 2017. I currently teach biology part time as well as personal train. My goal is to become a full time high school teacher of both sports medicine and biology.
