• Representative for CAMVAP, Small Claims and Product Liability matters that arise against Hyundai Canada • Answering subrogation notices and preparing responses • Compiling incident contact reports and scheduling third party forensic investigations on customer vehicles. • Recording and analyzing results of third party forensic investigations so as to be able to settle, dispute or dissolve product liability subrogation notices made against Hyundai • Working with dealerships to gather evidence, working with field technical managers and other parties to solidify Hyundai’s position on the matter • Preparing field team and dealership teams to testify as trial witness' • Responding to all small claims cases by preparing defenses for Hyundai Canada • Appearing in small claims settlement conferences and, if required, trials as the representative for Hyundai • Identifying potential settlement opportunities based on the plaintiff’s claims • Preparing proposals and presenting offers to consumers or insurers • Preparing and offering release documentation based on the agreement to settle, as confirmed by the consumer or insurer • Providing constructive feedback and coaching where required • Developing the team to have a streamlined process of resolving customer matters and to approach cases methodically • Attending several inter departmental meetings as the team’s representative • Working with the customer service and field team to understand Techline, Pre Warranty Authorizations and claims process • Working with dealer managers and zone level managers to implement promised resolutions • Working with dealer managers, zone level managers and warranty teams to identify opportunities to mitigate customer escalations • Working with the compliance team to ensure all incoming and outgoing inquiries about recalls and campaigns are accurately relayed • Working with Hyundai Canada's external counsel to prepare documentation for class action lawsuits

• Analyzing profiles of clients looking to close their accounts in order to note any trends or repeating concerns • Exceeding sales quotas involving various Retention metrics • Consolidating and switching accounts, as well as reviewing financial profiles in order to make assessments and recommendations to retain clientele • De-escalating client concerns involving account features and processes • Maintaining a thorough understanding of Scotiabank product knowledge as well as competitor product knowledge in order to make appropriate recommendations and cross sell • Handling case work linked to customer profiles in a timely manner • Preparing skill builds and other knowledge sessions in order to enhance team strength

• Meet with team members to analyze daily sales targets • Ensure all cash register transactions are balanced and recorded • Calculate weekly sales objectives based on previous profit earnings
