Ashley Riggs-Sarnicola is the President of Outside Sales for Aroma360 and Hotel Collection, leading a new national division of professional sales reps in the Luxury Scenting space. She is also a keynote speaker with more than 25 years of global sales & branding experience with Fortune 100 & 500 companies like Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Myers Squibb. In 2024 she generated $9M Revenue for both brands with her QVC partnership as the on-air guest host, as well as profitable licensing partnerships with Disney, Star Wars, and the NBA. At her previous health and wellness company, she was a part of the executive sales and management team that helped scale the business to $2 billion in revenue in less than 6 years as the DTC face of the female driven sales team of over 150k reps in 16 countries. She has been featured on Today, CBS News, Good Housekeeping, BuzzFeed, People, Success Magazine, QVC, and Network Marketing Coveted Top 100.
